SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi by reputed courier agencies. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.
For India orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business day depending upon delivery locations. For locations which are remote or not serviced by Courier Agencies, products are delivered by Registered Post and thus delivery may take between 10-12 working days
For International orders – All international orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business day.
ORDER Processing shall happen BETWEEN 10:00 am – 5:00 pm from Monday – Saturday. We are not functional on Sunday and public holidays. Any order received up to 5 pm on working day shall be processed the same day and if received after 5 pm, the next working day.
Delivery Instructions:
1. We shall send you “Out for Delivery” notification once your packet is handed over to our delivery associate for delivery. The notification contains your order detail / Name and Mobile of the Delivery associate and tentative delivery date / time.
2. We make every effort to ensure delivery within the promised slot, unforeseen circumstances and reasons beyond our control, may delay your delivery. Hence, we accept no responsibility for any delay in delivery.
3. Delivery will happen only at the given delivery address and not at any other location.
4. All products will be delivered in a sealed condition. In case you find the packet tempered with, you must not accept the delivery and send the picture of the tempered packet to our WhatsApp no or contact our Call Center.
5. Our Delivery associates have instructions to deliver either to the Customer or any family member or domestic help, as available, at the Delivery Address and ask name of the person accepting the delivery.
6. As a respect to your privacy, our delivery associates have clear instructions not to call you under any situation. However, you may call him at the number as shared with you in the “Out for delivery” notification.
7. We shall not entertain any claim once delivery is made at the delivery address and duly acknowledged.
8. Our Customer Care Team will be happy to help to assist for any support / information up to delivery of your order.
Shipping and Handling Charges:
Handling rates may vary based on product type, packaging, size, volume and other considerations.
Shipping Rates may vary based on Order value / Package size / weight and delivery location. Our shipping rates are as follows:
a) Domestic order for delivery with in India: Nil for any order of value exceeding INR 1499 or else INR 70 shall be charged.
b) International order for delivery out of India:
Both shipping and handling charges are displayed separately at the time of check out and you must satisfy yourself before check out.
We shall not entertain or service any request after Check out.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
a) Post Check out and before Dispatch: You shall get full refund of the Checkout value within 5 working days.
b) Post Delivery: You can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery in the sealed condition along with Invoice. In such case, we shall process your request once we receive the goods back in our store, inspect and find it in the “acceptable condition”.
“Acceptable Condition” means if the product seal is not broken or tempered and thus fit and ok for resale.
c) Post usage of the Product: No return or refund.
