No artificial colors are used in any of the H&B products. The products get their distinctive color derived from the plant extracts and the ingredients used in them.

11.    How can I track my order?

All orders are processed within 1 business day and you can expect your order to be delivered within 3-7 business days depending on location. Once we dispatch your order you will receive a confirmation text message or WhatsApp notification stating your product is “Out for Delivery”.

12.   What is the range of locations to which we ship our products?

We process and ship orders for both domestic and international locations. All our products are dispatched from the warehouse in New Delhi using the services of the courier agencies.

13.   What is your Online Return Policy?

You can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery in sealed condition along with the Invoice. We shall process your return requests once we receive the goods back in our store, inspect and find it in “Acceptable Condition”.

14.   How do I cancel my order?

To cancel any order, you have to log-in to your account and select the product you want to cancel, then select the product you want to cancel the order to confirm it.

15.   How will I get a refund for my cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

Post-dispatch any order can be cancelled or returned within 7 working days from the date of delivery. To get a refund for order cancellation please connect with customer care at [email protected]. However, no return or refund will be entertained post usage of the product.

16.   By when can I expect my order to be delivered?

All the orders are processed within 1 business day and you can expect delivery of the product within 3-7 business days depending on location. For remote locations, the delivery may be extended between 10-12 working days.

17.   What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect or damaged order?

If in case you find the order packet tempered with, incorrect or incomplete you must not accept the delivery and send the picture of the tempered packet to our WhatsApp no or contact our customer care.

Placing an order is very simple, you just need to visit our website and scroll through the product range and selecting your choice of product and click on add to cart, then choose the payment options to confirm your order.

19.   Can I ship the products to an address that is different from my billing address?

Yes, you can provide a different shipping address for every delivery. You just need to mention and update the proper address of the location you want your order to be delivered.

20.   How do I know that my order is confirmed?

After selecting your choice of product and confirming the order to be shipped or delivered, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification on the registered mobile number saying “Your Order Is Confirmed” along with an order ID.

21.   Do I have to have an account to place an order?

Yes, before placing an order on H&B’s website you need to create an account by putting all your details such as name, address, mobile number, etc. While placing any order, you need to login to your account first then place an order.

22.   How do I sign up for a H&B account?

To signup, first you need to visit the official website of H&B and click on the Login / Register button on the home page. Then you have to create an account by entering all your personal details and agree with the privacy terms then click on the register button.

23.   Can I order a product that is "Out of Stock"?

Our inventories are always maintained properly so that no products are out of stock. If in case, it happens then you will be notified over the mail or on phone when we have updated our stock.

24.   Why was my order payment rejected?

To know why your payment is rejected after you pay online, you must immediately get in touch with us via mail - [email protected] or simply give us a call.

25.   I cannot complete my registration, what do I need to do?

If in case, your registration is not completed successfully you need to check once the details you have entered in the signup form and validate every information then try one more time to complete the registration process.

26.   I forgot my password, what can I do?

In case you forget your log-in credentials or the password of your account then you have to click on the “Forgot Password” option which will ask you to enter your mail ID and then you need to click on continue to generate a new password by following the steps mentioned on the page.

27.   How do I make changes to my order?

Yes, you can make changes or edit your order by changing the delivery address and even cancel the order if the product is not of your choice or you want to buy another product.

28.   What if an item is out of stock?

Our inventories are up-to-date and maintained in a proper manner so that no product gets out of stock. If in case, it happens then you will be notified over the phone or mail stating that the required item or product is in stock now.

29.   What payment types do you offer?

We have different modes of payments such as Credit card, Debit card, UPI, Net banking, and Razour pay. However, COD (cash on delivery) service is not available with us, and payments can only be completed by using the other modes.

30.   Can I change the address post it’s shipped?

Once the product is shipped and have left our warehouse it is not possible to change the delivery address. However, you can provide a different address for delivery as per your requirement while placing an order.
