Refunds/ Returns

Before placing a return/refund request after purchasing a product please take note of our manufacturing process and understand how our products are made. All our products are organic and handcrafted by traditional craft persons. Each product is unique on its own and is slightly different from the other. At H&B, we strive to provide you the best organic products and a unique online shopping experience ever possible. However, we are not liable to refund for any damaged or used product, and we do not accept exchange or return of opened or used products once they are sold.

All the products ordered will be shipped from our warehouse by some of the reputed courier agencies. Please allow for the number of days required to deliver the product to you from the date of receipt of your order. All the orders will be processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days depending upon geographical locations. For locations that are remote or cannot be serviced by our Courier Agencies, will be delivered by Registered Post and thus delivery may take between 10-12 working days.

However, in case of any quality issue related to any of the organic products please get in touch with our customer care or you can even email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery. 

 

We have set some return/refund guideline which is highly mandatory to be followed –

  1. Return/refund is not applicable in case of a disliking of any product after purchase. 
  2. Return/refund is not applicable in case of any skin reactions after the use of the skincare products. It is not possible for us to verify the authenticity of the skin reactions online and also due to the customer’s inability to be present in a person with us.
  3. Return/refund is not applicable in case you have purchased the wrong product that varies in color, texture, or scent.
  4. Return/refund or any form of compensation is not applicable in case of any minute color variations, texture, or scent which may sometimes vary between different batches of the organic products. 
  5. Return/refund is not applicable to a product that has been opened or used after purchase and delivery.
  6. If in case, you are not satisfied with any of our products or receive a damaged product, you can opt for a refund request that can be processed only after 10 days of delivery.
  7. Once you place an order it cannot be canceled and no return/refunds shall be entertained against that purchase.
  8. In case of any valid return/refund request please mention all your order details to our customer support.
